Synta is an AI-assisted project management concept designed to remove the busywork from running projects. Instead of manually triaging updates, chasing status, and reorganising boards, teams get a workspace that keeps itself organised.
The design challenge was restraint: AI features are easy to add and hard to trust. Every automation in Synta is visible, explainable, and reversible — so the product feels like help, not magic.
